We offer UK mainland delivery via Royal Mail, postal charges are by weight and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Overseas

Delivery overseas will be by Airmail unless alternative methods have been previously negotiated. We have to charge for the cost of delivery overseas. The price being dependent upon the destination.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally despatch your order the same or the following working day following payment authorisation. We will contact you if any unforeseen problem arises.

Back Orders

Items are held in stock. In the unlikely event that stocks are temporarily exhausted, we will re-order for you.
In such circumstances, you will always be contacted with the new delivery date and given the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee

Our no quibble guarantee incorporates the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000). You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of the amount you paid up to seven days after delivery by informing us in writing of your intention to return the goods.

The product may be examined for suitability but must be maintained in good and resaleable condition while in your possession and returned, at your own expense, within seven days of cancellation.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Items you do not require should be returned in the original packaging please. You can use the original box sent out to you.
